About
I started with networks and systems. Over twenty years in IT, I have built and operated infrastructure and software for environments ranging from small businesses to an international iGaming operator.
Experience across industries: online gaming (regulated markets), healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel and transport, e-commerce, automotive services.
In recent years I have led migrations to AWS, prepared disaster-recovery plans and certification documentation for systems on regulated markets, and analysed and optimised cloud costs.
Cerebellum combines that experience with business consulting and communication with foreign partners. You work directly with me, with an agreed scope, clear explanations and accountability for delivery.
Networks, systems, cloud (AWS, Azure, Terraform), security, development (TypeScript, PHP, Python, Rust).
Partnerships, negotiation, processes, delivery.
Business communication and connections across borders.

A good starting point is a concrete conversation about what you want to achieve and what stands in your way.
We review your current situation, constraints and desired outcome, even if you do not have a technical brief yet.
We agree on tasks, how we will work together and handover criteria. You know what is included and what comes next.
I carry out the work, coordinate decisions along the way and hand over the solution with an explanation and the agreed documentation.
Yes. We can start with who the solution is for and what it should improve, then define the scope and the next step together.
Yes. I can work alongside your internal team or current provider. We agree on responsibilities and coordination at the start.
Yes. I help with partner search, business communication, negotiation and meetings. I also connect product companies with businesses that need their solutions.
Save my contact for your next step. If you already have a task in mind, call me or send a short note about what you want to achieve.
